Firstly, we would like to check if you are using a suitable browser. We suggest using Google Chrome as we find this works best with our software. We also recommend ensuring you have allowed any pop-ups requesting camera access as this can prevent taking photos.
When uploading your ID, please ensure the whole ID is clear and that all 4 corners of the ID are visibly within the frame. The text also needs to be readable, so no blurry photos please! Glare can also cause some issues with readability, so please take your photos in an evenly lit environment.
Scanned and digital copies of your ID will not be recognised, so please take a photo of your chosen ID
When you have attempted the verification process and receive an automated email asking you to try this again, it is typical that one of the above problems has resulted in your ID not being recognised. All you need to do is to reattempt the process and keep these tips in mind. We are sure your next attempt will be successful!
